Will cabbage in the Garden be able to last through 20F temperature? How do I restore grass in my garden after being overgrown for months?

skahhh asked:

Could I simply load the hose with the cleaning agent, pouring it directly into the garden hose, and then put a nozzle onto the hose, turn on the water and use the nozzle to regulate pressure and fluid delivery?
Course I would drain out the water from the hose first so as not to dilute the cleaning solution beyond a desired dilution of mixture….right?
