Could I use a garden hose filled with cleaning agent to pressure wash stuff?

Jorge B asked:

Hi! I’ve been incredibly lazy and have left my garden in a terrible state over the last 6 months or so, and recently had in a gardener to cut back the weeds and sort out the lawn. It’s in a really really bad state, bumpy, dark brown grass/hay.

I was wondering how to restore the garden to its original green and fresh state. We’re moving out of the house in about 6/7 weeks so would like to make sure it’s healthy before then.

Thanks!

Replace all the sod. It is all you can do short of watering it frequently and hoping it will come back.
